Lupe was very nice and informative through the repair process of my heater. Always communicated next steps. I'll definitely call him again when the need arises.
It's difficult to find someone or a business that still maintains integrity, especially in these trying times Mr. Lupe had a thorough understanding of what was happening with my unit and what I needed to do to fix it. He did not upcharge me on ANYTHING! Finding an honest man who won't take advantage of your lack of knowledge in this area can be difficult for women. I've just had the best experiences with Lupe Alcala. He is honest. I've had him fix several units, replace a couple of units and also did a complete new install for us. I have a home warranty but I always end up calling Lupe because he just tells the truth and gets the job done.
Loved their fast response! Highly recommended!! Will definitely call again.
