nothing was working, and then Bill saved the day and then the door wasn't working, and Bill came and saved the day. I don't think I should give them a high rating. They had all kinds of problems with his system.
The ALC technicians were on time and efficient. They didn't leave until we were well versed on how everything worked. Highly recommend!!
Bill came out today to get our new router connected to our video doorbell. It didn't take long to get the doorbell connected and working and he explained a feature on our system I wasn't aware of before. I highly recommend ALC Technologies LLC, they have excellent customer service!
