Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff at this clinic has been extremely disappointing. On more than one occasion, I have found reception staff to be rude, dismissive and lacking empathy. During one interaction, I was told I was “lucky” my child’s appointment hadn’t been cancelled because I hadn’t responded to a text message. Their location and staff are great on time every time .
After seeing so much im not surprised..the receptionist was very rude and u helpful..i remember some were good on last visit but the one i got yesterday was very rude and shouldnt be working there imo 2.4 stars im not surprised at all
