After reading all the negative reviews as my daughter's appointment approached, I was so nervous and even considered cancelling. I am so glad we didn't. I cannot fault the practice, nor do I have one negative thing to say. We were both treated with respect by both the reception team and the doctor. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Owa! The receptionist was very rude. An appointment had been booked for my daughter, and I was simply letting her know that it might not work because I could be very close to giving birth. She cut me off mid sentence and said, "WELL YOUR CHILD NEEDS AN APPOINTMENT." Actually, whether my daughter attends is my decision. I was only trying to communicate about the booking, but instead I was spoken to disrespectfully. The whole interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.

Doctor we saw was great. As for the receptionist they were absolutely horrible. Get better staff.

I had a appointment here and they didn't tell us they moved locations. Because the texted the wrong phone number even tho my phone numbers been the same for 20year. I had a endocrinology appointment and they still texted the wrong phone number and then they cancelled it because they texted wrong phone number, then delayed it until 2 months later.
