Amazing service!! Our old roller door had a major malfunction jamming and falling out of its tracks. 5.30pm in the evening Dean from AWDG appeared within 15 mins of making our call for help. The door was reinstalled and follow up maintenance organised.
Huge Thankyou to AWGD who helped us out with an urgent door malfunction this morning despite the fact that they were fully booked. Cannot get better service than that!!!
Working with a contact in Melbourne originally and we were referred to Shona in Albury. She got us booked in with no fuss and her phone manner was on point and helpful. Given an appointment for their technician Matt who actually arrived ed early and had the job done in no time at all. Highly recommend!
