Other than the woman who gave me papers to fill out, they all seemed pretty incompetent and arrogant to me. Woman who comes into lobby to call for patients refuses to address patients with respect, ie, as "Ms., Mr., or Dr." whatever, even when reminded it's important. Lot of stress-loading with this outfit- I'd stay far far away. Seems like the PA had an assistant who takes a cursory statement before you see the PA. Then the PA didn't understand the significance of my having a possible clot and the need to coordinate with a ... read more
Horrible customer service. I would avoid at all cost. Had an appointment at 8:45, be there at 8am to have blood drawn for the results to be available for the appointment. At 9am I asked what the delay was. Rude receptionist made a call and said they will come get me in soon. I would have to wait the 45 minutes for results. But said nothing about my appointment. Which by then would be pass the time by an hour. I just left. It was a follow up to an earlier appointment due to a borderline issue. And I really don't understand th... read more
Rude and Not Customer Friendly – I went to have a vasectomy with Dr. Floyd in Feb 2011. the experience was horrible and attitude of staff and physician was one of they are doing us (me) a favor by treating us as oppossed to them treating us as a customer. Dr. Floyd was late for the procedure due to a surgery. I did not get an apology for his tardiness but instead got an arrogant excuse that he was assisting a surgery and that he would "rush" through my vasectomy. At first I thought he was kidding but he did exactly that; rus... read more
Rude; Non-communicative; unavailable – I was sent to these specialists a year ago for possible prostate cancer. Do I have cancer? I assume not because I'm still alive. Have my symptoms improved? No. Not a bit. Have I ever seen a doctor? No. I have only seem a Nurse Practioner or Physicians' Assistant. My treatment? I've had the same screening test for prostate cancer done 6 times. How do I find out the result of my tests? I have to call and remind them to tell me----six times thus far. My complaints about their lack of atten... read more
Avoid At All Cost – My husband has had trouble urinating and has a painful lump on one testicle. He made an appointment, in October, with Dr. Geswaldo. He had a sonogram completed. There was an administrative problem concerning some Union paperwork with his insurance that could be fixed in 2 days. Albuquerque Urology refused to give him another appointment for more than six weeks even though he was in pain & we had to have everything done by the end of year due to our insurance deductable. We arrived on time and waited a lon... read more
Abq Urology Associates – I went to this place with a diagnosis in hand, CT scans showing my condition (a congenital ureter/UPJ obstruction), and all my other medical records. I saw Dr. Quong. The doctor made get new CT scans for some unknown reason, which cost a lot of money. I know the CT scans I had were good because they were used to diagnose me. Anyway, I had a laparoscopic pyeloplasty done. It was awful, but I think they all are. When I woke up from the surgery, the doctor was gone and had not authorized pain medicine f... read more
