Worked on hail damage from trip to Texas. Very nice and did a wonderful job at reasonable price. The only draw back is they are very very busy so you might have to wait. But worth the wait!

Poor, poor service. You have someone greeting guests but when it comes to waiting on anyone its sad. We waited 40 min but not much happened. I have two employees helping one first and at least 10 people waiting at least 40 min. If you can help it go the extra mile up the road they are way fast and the employees are great.
Poor customer service. They don't hurry when line is out door. Signing in means nothing. Three customers who came in after Us were waited on before we walked out. Go to Verizon store on pickard. These guys don't care.
