High priced crooks! I called them on a Saturday for a water heating leak at my rental. I understood that their service fee would be $150.00 per hour. After they looked at the water heater they said they said the parts stores were closed on the weekends. They should certainly tell you this before coming out because what's the use of coming out and charging me if you can't get parts to fix the problem.
