Sitting in a hospital in Rio Rancho and the lady at PRC said they won’t help and I need to do my part to help cover a hospital visit. Disgusting behavior when they don’t even want to help ppl.
The staff here is very kind. The doctors are very nice.
Good afternoon, today, I was assisted by two ladies; Phyllis in Patient Registration and Jackie from the Blue Team in getting my grandson registered and scheduled for a same day appointment. They were very pleasant and extremely helpful and I would like command them for their public service with Albuquerque Indian Health Center!
Native people here are prejudice and will deny care for their own people any chance they get. Specifically the awful lady on the third floor. They're all terrible thinking it's about nepotism. Disgusting behavior this needs to change.
