I've had nerve deafness since probably 8. I adore management and tech! Receptionists are SPOT ON. It might take a little longer in a comfy chair bpso just bring a thing to do. This is a lovely office, and fyi, I'm from L.A. *(and never had such great services, drinks, happy people, serene and good place! If you don't have patience go to Wendy Gallegos, up the road n Corrales-they're quick to get you fixed up, . Decent office, one on one help. It just wasn't the fit for my crazy LA personality.

Dr. Harmon-McElheney was very thorough and professional. She went the extra mile by calling the manufacturer of my hearing aids and got valuable information. I have a good orientation as to what to do in the future.

Carol Clifford is fabulous. She is not only a Dr. of Audiology who has been in practice for a number of years and is up on the latest of everything that has to do with hearing, but she has a great personality and is fun to visit with. I know I am seeing the best when I see her.
