Great products but what really stands out is the exceptional customer service. In a day and age where most people don’t care about the customer this is a shop where the staff really really shines.
I live in Michigan and needed to send a 60th birthday arrangement to my friend in Rio Rancho, NM. I searched the internet to see which florists were highly rated in the area and came across the Albuquerque Florist. Being from Michigan I was extremely nervous to order online. I took a chance and glad I did. They did not disappoint. Thank you for making my best friend's 60th birthday! I really appreciated that you took note of my request to make it purple.

I live out of state and wanted to send my friend some flowers that she knew I was thinking of her. I called Albuquerque Florist and asked them if they'd be able to make a puppy bouquet that was pink and girly colors because I emailed picture of the idea, but I wanted different colors then the photo. They absolutely did a fantastic job! My friend really liked it and it definitely brightened her day! I highly recommend them.
Great assistance in arranging flowers I chose and plastic vase; and not only great assistance but great idea of adding butterflies to the arrangement. I will be back.
