Easy order and quick delivery! Recipient loved the flowers! Brightened up her day.
Ordered flowers through FTD who's used this local florist (card was with delivery). The order was delivered on time but it looked nothing like what I ordered and it was mostly greenery and just a few flowers. I called the FTD customer service and they offered to resend and I agreed but they were never delivered even after receiving a notice that they were. Amazing! We live out of town but have family in Albuquerque who we wanted to send flowers, I ordered same day delivery and they got it to them so fast! The flowers were beautiful and the employees I spoke with were very kind. This was our first time using Albuquerque florist and it was wonderful, will definitely use again in the future, thank you!
