The front desk was nice but came late to reopen after their lunch hour and since my appointment was right after it, my appointment was delayed. The doctor I got (Davon) was super caring and nice. He just started there recently.
Terrible office!! The wait time is terrible!! When you FINALLY see the Dr. or P.A. in my case, they are rude, bitchy, and are too distracted typing on that damn computer to even listen!! No one knows how to use that computer! I will not be going back!
Terrible from day one. 99% of the staff is rude including the doctors. It's beyond hard to get help with ANYTHING. Most of the time you can't get the RX you need and when you do get it its written out wrong. They take walk in's.....be extra early for your apt, you will be bumped off the list for a walk in and have to wait and wait and wait! Don't waste your time or energy at this office. Why are places like this even in business! Dirty, disgusting, and just blah! I should of listen to my wife and read reviews first!!! Dr. Imani looked as though she just rolled out ot bed, not professional at all, no bed side manner, and just a waste of my time and insurance money. Please, please, please read the reviews before you see any doctor! I learned my lesson. Avoid like the plague.
I was looking for a new primary and I wish I had read these reviews first before going to this place. On one visit, I waited for TWO HOURS and was not seen by anyone. I left in tears. After three visits, I have decided not to come to this place anymore. Now they are sending me a bill to pay $5, stating that I only paid $20 of my copay. I have my receipt and bank statement that shows that I paid the full $25. It is a pain that they treat people so unprofessionally and are also unorganized. Such an awful experience all around.
