I purchased a vehicle for my son from United Auto group. We went to look at vehicles on a Friday and had narrowed down to one that we really liked. I told the salesman we would be back on Monday to get an inspection done on the vehicle and purchase it. On Monday morning the salesman texted me to make sure I was on my way to the dealership. United Auto Group of New Mexico is a very unprofessional Auto Sales company who mistreated and verbally abused my friend. She's a hard working single mother who did not deserve the treatment she received from Afif the owner. She put 7500 down on her vehicle, they serviced it incorrectly. She took in her vehicle the owner basically committed a hate crime against her. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and retaining an attorney.

i worked with brandon and he helped me buy my first vehicle and all i can say is 10/10 would recommend. He was honest and helpful through out the whole process, this dealership was wonderful to buy a vehicle from. Mr. romero was also the first person i spoke to about the vehicle and he also did and amazing job with answering my questions and was honest about pricing. I believe that honesty is rare now a days so i definitely would recommend this dealer ship !
