Staff was awesome, professional, and great to deal with, my Doctor was Charles Chang ,did a great job on my cataract surgery! Thank you all for a pleasant experience having my surgery!

My wife just has her first cataract surgery (and will have the other eye done in a month). She said everyone here was kind, professional and friendly - and made the whole experience much better than she expected. (Everyone I met was kind & courteous, too!) All in all, it was a great experience and she no longer fears the 2nd surgery.
Dropped someone off for eye surgery and had to wait outside in the cold for 15 Minutes before anyone let us in…. Stood outside in the hallway another 10 minutes while the women at the front desk socialized with coworkers… she was rude and unprofessional…. 3 people waiting in the waiting room were not patients as they checked in before us and I was told to leave and wait in my car. Why can some people stay and others can’t? People are nervous to have any type of surgery and this was not an inviting experience at all.
