Excellent customer support
No unexpected fees on the bill. Other companies quoted low rates over the phone and then tacked on access charges, but this business stood firmly by their original estimate.
Our office carpet was heavily soiled with winter salt and road grit. They cleaned the entire suite on a Saturday, leaving it clean and dry for work on Monday.
The cleaner placed plastic corner guards around drywall edges so his vacuum hoses wouldn't leave friction marks on our hallway walls. Excellent care.
We had heavy furniture indentations in our carpet where large dressers had stood for years. The steam treatment and grooming rake lifted the flattened pile easily.
