I have been going to Dr. Schnulo for almost 12 years now. I would (and do) highly reccomend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor. The office staff (lens technicians, opticians, receptionists, etc.) are also extremely kind and accommodating. Everyone is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have, but will never pressure you to do anything you do not want (i.e. I am considering lasik... they answer all my questions, but never pressure me to do it).
They are great – I was really surprised when I read the last review. I have ALWAYS (4 years now) made evening/ weekend appointments. I have NEVER felt at all rushed even when my husband and I were the last ones of the day and were being picky (slow) choosing frames. The office staff is always very friendly. Last year my appointment was 4 weeks after my son was born. There was no problems at all bringing him with me. Rude Office Staff – Dr. Schnulo was very nice, but the office staff and receptionists were extreamly rude and unhelpful. I quit going there because of them. I work full time and need an evening appointment and they acted put out by this even though their website says that they are open in the evening. They acted like I was stupid because I had trouble putting in my contacts. They would wait at the door and jangle their keys indicating I was holding them up from leaving. And this was at 4:30.
