I am the daughter of a client at Albright Life in Williamsport, Pa. I am highly dissatisfies in their communication with family members. I am highly dissatisfied with their medical care of my mother , if you could call it that. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied overall.
The people employed here who are in positions of authority have no business in their prospective jobs. I wouldn't trust them to lead water downhill.
Both my parents went/going. The staff are absolutely amazing. Shout out to Shawn for putting up with me. You guys are amazing.
As a contractor for the Albright Life Lycoming the staff is always helpful and friendly and willing to help with special requests when the need arise. I always see the staff smiling and talking with the residents and taking care of there needs. They take pride in having a clean and properly maintained property.
The services Albright Life offers is inspiring and the employees are always pleasant and friendly when I'm there to all the residents. It's such a great resource for our community members. I recommend their center to anyone eligible.
