Called Albright and let them know I installed my own mini split and that I needed a leak down and charge. They said no problem and said they would be out at 9am. At 9:25 they show up and say they won’t do it because they didn’t install it. Thanks for wasting my time. If you don’t want to do something just say it over the phone don’t set appointments and waste people’s time. Now it’s 95 degrees today and I have to rush to figure out who can come charge it as I already removed the old hvac system.
We've used Albright for around 20 years for our heating and air conditioning and highly recommend them! Their prices are fair and their service department is fantastic. A big thank you for always taking care of us.
Nothing but praise for Jimmy and his team. Extremely quick to respond. Took him hardly anytime to get a faulty blower motor changed out. He even was good enough to come out on the weekend to knock it out as these things never seem to happen during the week! So, great service, extremely good folks!
I have only words of praise for Albright Heating and Cooling in servicing and repairing my 20+ year old air conditioner. Not only do they respond quickly, they are very professional, courteous, and friendly not to mention reasonably priced. At some point, I will have to have my AC replaced and will look to them to replace it because I know they will provide quality service.
