We had them come out, but they didn’t fix the problem. They also charged us two separate $125 service fees—$125 for the first 30 minutes and another $125 after that—which is unacceptable. Usually, the service call fee is around $125 total and may even be waived if the company completes the repair. I found another company that charges only one service fee and typically waives it when they perform the repair.
THIS COMPANY IS WAY OVERPRICED,CHOOSE YOUR COMPANY BEFORE SEND THEM OUT,THE SERVICE GUY WASN'T THE BRIGHTEST FOR AS LONG AS HE SAID WAS DOING HVAC,I WILL CHOOSE DIFFERENT COMPANY
