Jimmy has been servicing our heating and cooling systems for 15+ years. AC stopped during heat wave and thought it would be time for a new system. AC problem diagnosed and fixed quickly
5 stars all the way! Great company and a pleasure to deal with. I kept getting the runaround from the original installer because he left the fan set to high and was obscenely loud. He kept saying he would have to do this and do that and...well anything and every excuse under the sun to prevent him from coming over. This was 1 year ago I have been fighting him to adjust it. Called Albright and let them know I installed my own mini split and that I needed a leak down and charge. They said no problem and said they would be out at 9am. At 9:25 they show up and say they won’t do it because they didn’t install it. Thanks for wasting my time. If you don’t want to do something just say it over the phone don’t set appointments and waste people’s time. Now it’s 95 degrees today and I have to rush to figure out who can come charge it as I already removed the old hvac system.
We've used Albright for around 20 years for our heating and air conditioning and highly recommend them! Their prices are fair and their service department is fantastic. A big thank you for always taking care of us.
