The doctor and ma or nurses were excellent but the receptionist was very rude. I want my feet cared for not a lecture from a receptionist.
Was seen on Jan 6 2022 for a scan of my feet for diabetic inserts and shoes. Call back on Feb 14 2022 to see what the hold up was. Found out their records had the wrong family doctor and they were still waiting for paperwork to be returned. The info was correct on the Jan 6 visit. No calls. No follow up. Nothing. Extremely livid since I continuously am having problems with the foot. Will now be forced to start over. Will not be recommending for their level of incompetence.
I was so glad to have my toenails taken out. They hurt so much. I had wonderful care at Dr. Albrights office. Minimal pain during the procedure. Pleasant atmosphere.
