Beyond Bad – My experience with this person cost me in many ways. Do not do business with this agency under any circumstances. I gave her personal documents (letters of recommendation) which as agreed beforehand she would give back which she never returned. I literally emailed her and called every day for a month and she did not bother to return any communication at all.
