I called for information about an oil change, and was told appointments aren't necessary and they take cars on a first-come, first-serve basis. I dropped my car off and was told there was 1 car ahead of mine and the wait time would be about an hour. When I returned an hour later, my car hadn't been serviced. I asked the young man behind the counter about it and he non-chalantly said, "We had about 4 other cars that came after you left and they waited (here) so we did theirs before yours."
