Front desk attendant was loudly on a phone call calling things 'gay'. When I asked him to stop doing this in our ear shot, he told me and my friend we could leave. I've lived at the Albion for a year and a half and I've had a very positive experience. The entire team, which is diverse and includes, management, marketing, maintence and cleaning, has been responsive, friendly and stable. They do a great job maintaining the building and garage. The location and views are incredible. I highly recommend the Albion.

Been coming here since summer 2023 to work from the lobby. This is the best residential community environment that I've seen in Oak Park. The lobby is open to the public where people have meetings, work remotely, or chill with friends. Over the past couple years, I've built many great relationships with residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Beware of shady staff and disrespectful property manager! I WILL STATE THIS FIRST! I have been here before for a small gathering and it didn’t result with police being called or the guest being cursed at or disrespected. The manger Leslie cursed like a sailor! I couldn’t believe she was the manger representing a company like this. The gathering was peaceful and respectful, and majority were children who were properly supervised.
