I am writing this google review because management is not resolving repeated issues with account errors, and it has been unnecessarily frustrating living here. When I first moved in, residents were often receiving aggressive, mass emails from management in all caps and exclamation points to communicate rules and information, as if they were scolding everyone that lived here, which thankfully has decreased. The Albion is a beautiful apartment building, great location, amazing maintenance and front desk staff, however the management takes away from these great aspects. Nice and clean apartment with pleasant view and nice people with friendly personality I am blessed to be a part of this community also very helpful people in heart and spirit I am very grateful for finding this community and place
Communication is difficult at the moment with the building. Will update the rating if it improves
This is an updated review. Our family has lived here since 2023. It’s a great location near restaurants, boutiques, Trader Joe’s and an awesome movie theater. The building has a lot of nice amenities, and the community spaces are really great. This past summer we hosted an important family event in the party room (which has a lovely rooftop deck).
