Just got our Lincoln Navigator and Eric and Richard were very Professional got our new family car in a jiffy.I highly recommend this Dealership we drove 2 hours and its worth it!
My car was at Albion Motors Ford for nearly a full week in December awaiting parts. (Door lock actuators) that never got ordered during that time. I got told the parts were back ordered early January, Mid-January, at the end of January and mid-February when I called to ask. Last week Thursday I called and someone at the desk said that they actually never ordered my parts or filed my car in the system. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Not even a month into having my car and something was already up with the break. We took it in to get looked at and it came out w 2 more problems costing over 1000$. We end up paying what we have to pay and take it home and it ends up having another problem and it just keeps happening over and over again.
My father in law took his 2019 f 150 here to have the transmission under warranty replaced he called to check on it after them having it for weeks and they told him don't call again he ordered a key paid almost 400 they cut it admitted to having problems with it the key got stuck in the ignition and do you think they cared enough to help nope definitely don't recommend going here go to marshall Jackson or battle Creek
