Super quick service, very nice people. I had no ride back to get my vehicle and they sent someone to pick me up. Vehicle runs great!!!
Regarding, Monday March 16th. I drove from Lansing to have my spark plugs changed. I called at 8 a.m. to make sure the spark plugs were in. Ricky looked it up and told me they were in. I told him I would be there in about 2 hours, which would be around eleven o'clock. Ricky told me to bring in the vehicle. I arrived around 11:10 a.m.. I was told by Kimmy that they had 3 of 8 spark plugs. The other 5 wouldn't be there until 2:30 p.m.. Can't recommend them enough.
Would never recommend working with Albion. Bought a used car with the highest warranty and have nothing but issues. I was told the warranty covered pretty much everything bumper to bumper and it has covered a thing. Went to an auto shop and they told me the price of the warranty was the most expensive warranty they've seen especially since it only covers 48,000 miles. Will not be back.
Once watched a little mole cruising the parking lot while I was dropping off our vehicle to be serviced. Look who knew those little things could move so fast.
