Once watched a little mole cruising the parking lot while I was dropping off our vehicle to be serviced. Look who knew those little things could move so fast.
Here to be yet another one of the 1 star reviews. Bought a car spent the first month and a half in their garage for them to not identify the problem. Service techs try and talk to you like you're uneducated. Mechanic couldn't run a simple parasitic drain test. Only good thing that came out of dealing and interacting with albion ford was the new mechanic I found in jackson. Do better fellas.
Argumentative and incompetent staff. Sold us a car that immediately had problems they were unable to diagnose any of the 4 times we brought the car in, then became aggressive and talked down on us because we didn’t believe that the power grid near our house is why the car wont start. Specifically Ricky was incredibly rude and continued to swear in front of my 2 year old child. Had to take car elsewhere to be fixed because again it is dead. 0/10 never buy a car or get service here.
