Poor Service, Overcharged, and Damaged My Vehicle - Never Again I brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change at Albion Ford, and it turned into a frustrating, expensive, and damaging experience. They over-tightened the drain bolt, which ended up damaging my skid plate underneath the car. Instead of owning up to it, they got angry when I refused to pay $450 for a brand-new skid plate - on a car with over 200,000 miles on it. We recently had the pleasure of working with the folks at Albion Ford. We were in the market for a pre-owned minivan, and one such vehicle caught my eye. It is a very well-cared-for Chrysler Town and Country. What really caught my attention was the fact that this vehicle was coming in direct from Florida and had none of the typical rust issues we see in all pre-owned Michigan vehicles of its age. Could not recommend this dealership more! I drove over an hour and passed many other dealers and will be a lifetime customer! Ashton was so attentive, listened to what I wanted, communicated the whole way through and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Richard, finance manager, was patient with my questions and got me the best deal and Eric, sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. I am so happy!!!
