Amazing customer service.
Stopped at the Albion Manor this weekend to watch the British Lions/Wallabies Rugby. What a great location, Every type of restaurant within walking distance, train station to the city very close, you can hear the trains occasionally but that didn’t bother me. The rooms were VERY clean and had everything to cook a meal. Showers very powerful. The owner/management have got it just right.
Great for my needs, picking up new vehicle dealer close by. Manager permitted early check in as had just flown in from the USA.
I recommend not to choose this one. The manager/reception on the front is very rude and arrogant. I can't describe more because if the person who's attending you is so bad, how would someone stay at that place. Better to choose other ones until management change manager like this attitide.
