Good staff service had a great experience with the ultrasound service. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The technician explained each step clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and ran on time. I received my results quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend their service!
Terrible experience every time I come here. The wait is always long for no reason at all. They waste your day even if you come with an appointment. I have a regular doctor and you never have to wait for your appointment. If your appointment is at 2 you see your doctor at 2. It’s as if there are a lot of bodies working here walking around doing nothing at the same time. Very very frustrating especially when you are sitting with a full bladder for more than an hr. I had a very positive experience at this clinic. My ultrasound was done by Saghar, who was extremely kind, gentle, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and the clinic itself looked clean and professional. My appointment was at 11:00 and I was called in around 11:15 — I wasn’t in a rush, and Saghar kindly apologized for the short wait, which I really appreciated.
