Maintenance is rude the office is falling apart losing peoples rent money and they are moving anyone in here my neighbor constantly smokes in the unit and fights with her boyfriend in the hallway don’t move here
probably the best apartment I will ever have lived in. beautiful views, great location, friendly management, every amenity you could possibly want. the apartments are quiet and serene, never had a single issue with noise either from neighbors or the train tracks directly below thanks to the great construction. the design is also very stylish and cozy.
Best place to live in Evanston. 100% recommended. Staff is amazing, ¡shout out to Shandora, Greg, Alan, and all the team!
