apartment is a scam. nonresponsive you have to send 100 emails and even than still no response. they charge a $600 admin fee upon applying and if not approved they're supposed to refund you. which don't happen. you will have to dispute the charge with your bank. make promises they cannot keep. run far away from this place. pretty sure the good reviews are people who left the review in exchange for rent credit or some kind of compensation.
