They cancelled my application because of a wrong posting on their side and did not even process my refund of $512. Please avoid this building
The apartments are nice, just don't live on the side of the building facing the train tracks. It's loud and the building doesn't use dark shades, so the sun in the afternoon is blinding in your apartment in the afternoon.
Management here has been awful. The company implemented some kind of auto-email system, and then sold the building to Greystar. Fired the staff over night, and it's just not the same. I am concerned about this building.
