If you are NOT American citizen, please don’t deal with this apartment. Management team is the WORST I’ve ever had. They do NOT care at all. They treat their residents differently if you are NOT American. They sent your last bill to the debt collector without informing you about the utility bill in the first place. I’m still dealing my last summer bill with them, which I’ve already submitted all my payment information within a day they let me know about the bill (through the debt collector) last year.
Lovely building with cozy interior design! Love my view of the lake. Best rooftop in all of Evanston, and a great place to host parties. Reliable, quick, and efficient service. Amazing building!
The best place to live! Residents are super kind, and the staff is super helpful! Shout out to the maintenance guys, Shandora, Xavia and Kiara and everybody that works here! (Also amazing amenities, common areas are EXTREMELY clean, and great location!!)
