Albina construction recently completed an extensive bathroom renovation for us that included rebuilding part of the adjoining room. They were very easy to communicate with and help us resolve some unanswered questions about our plan. They are experienced and talented at their craft and managed a complicated project very efficiently. We are excited to work with them in the future!

Albina Construction recently did an extensive renovation of our bathroom that included moving a wall and rebuilding part of the adjoining room. They were exceptionally easy to communicate with throughout and did an incredible job managing a project with a lot of moving pieces. Their craftsmanship is impressive and they clearly have a lot of experience renovating older Portland homes. I can't say enough good things about Albina Construction. Dennis and his crew changed an old, leaning, leaky, moldy garage into an attractive, non-leaky, non-moldy, looks-like-new structure. This was hard, and, I imagine at times, pretty unpleasant work. But Dennis and his men were unfailingly cheerful and professional. They were a pleasure to have around.

Albina Construction is the BEST. Flawless craftsmanship and great customer service. The front porch on our 1899 house was dry-rotted and the stairs were rickety and missing a center brace. We had exterior painting scheduled 2 weeks out and wanted to see if it was possible to fix the porch before painting. Dennis (the owner of Albina Construction) came by, gave a reasonable bid, and worked us into their schedule to keep our exterior paint job on track and the porch rehab job was done in days (rather than weeks as I had expect... read more
