I highly recommend Dr. Rao and his whole group. I have been seeing him for 3 years with complicated issues. He has addressed every issue and has gone above and beyond to help me, and I’m so much better now. I had a Doctor from my hometown check him out. He’s the best and most qualified in this tri- county area. His staff is awesome! Thank you for everything Dr. Rao and everyone on staff including the other Doctors.

He did endoscopy upper. When I was pushed into the room he was falling asleep in a chair. I followed up with him a few days later about the bowel problem that was still ongoing. He started giving me laxatives which I had been on for the whole time. I said do I have to live on laxatives? I have been going there for over a month was seeing his PA with my problems he said you just have come in here for the first time with this. I was floored. He did not seem to comprehend anything I was saying.

I have been treated by Dr Rao for many years for my stomach problems. He has always taken great care of me.

Although I have not met Dr Rao, I trust he is overseeing my health needs as they are very serious. The PA I have seen comes across as very knowledgeable of my condition, even tho it is someone different each time. I would like to have just one, if I can’t see the doctor himself. Other than that, the clinic itself is very comfortable and I feel right at “ home”.

Just a really horrible bedside manner. He has the listening skills of a preoccupied toddler and is incredibly condescending. He used pet names to refer to me and continued to make comments that indicated he has not even taken the time to read my file. Not only that, he seems woefully outdated in his medical research. I could not recommend him.

One of the best medical providers I have experienced anywhere in my 70+ years. This group is efficient, courteous and quite knowledgeable in their respective discipline. They even put me on cancellation standby for an earlier procedure and actually called me with a new time. The receptionists are very accommodating, can't say enough good things about the P.A., and Dr. Wells himself has an outstanding demeanor.The wait is nothing more than to be expected in any good doctor's office.

I have worked with all the gastroenterologists in Panama City. I selected Dr Wells as my physician because he is thorough, well educated, polite, on time, and well versed on the latest literature and techniques. He is focused on patient outcome rather than physician income. The treatment I received from him was no different than the treatment he gives all his patients.

I had an endoscopy/colonoscopy done and aside from the horrible prep the night before, I had a great experience. I had an outstanding anesthetist who used diprivan and out I went! I slept hard and don't remember a thing. I've had 2 colonoscopies in the past where versed/fentanyl were used and both times I woke up during the procedure and felt some pain and horrible gas pains afterward. This time no gas WHATSOEVER and no pain! In and out in 2 hrs. Highly recommended for procedure. Haven't met dr.
