Worst management ever. They never fixed issues in the apartment. It gets really cold in Winchester in the winter and multiple times was the heating not turned on. Upon moving out, we cleared all the stuff that we wanted to throw away from the hallway and put it in the dump. They said they were charged $950 for it, when the dumpster was already full and we just added a few small to medium sized items. Don't be fooled by the nice-looking building on Lewis Road in Winchester, MA. The Winchester Chamber LLC, owned by the Albiani family—who control a third of the properties in Winchester—have serious issues when it comes to managing tenants. When you have a problem in your apartment, they often ignore your requests. Garbage piles up for days behind the trash bins, and recycling is never properly handled. By far the worst landlords…They are bullies, narcissists, only car about money and not how their tenants live. Has a cigarette issue that he didn’t fix for a year from the neighbor in a non smoking building. They don’t care about leaks and mold. They just patch it up and say your ok. The heat pipes in building 7 bang so bad and the eye did nothing. They bullied my and my two kids out to upgrade the place to get more money and someone lives there and owes $75,000 in back rent.
