easy process to rent a unit and the staff was super helpful when i needed to switch sizes. place is clean and access is 24 7 which is great for my schedule. will definitely use them again if i need storage.
Been renting this unit for around 5 yrs and got the text message that our unit needed a lock. Went to check and someone broke into our unit. You can see where the latch is damaged. The staff are always nice and im glad they did lmk once they realized the lock was missing. Its not their fault, cause a thief is a thief. Filing a police report and hoping to get surveillance footage, but they don't seem to be too concerned. They work on a 5 day loop, so dont have much hope. I've rented a unit for the past year and never have had any issues. The owners are very understanding and will help you anyway possible.. on one occasion while making the rounds they noticed I had forgot to lock my unit. They immediately called me to let me know and all was well.. If I ever need a storage unit this place is definitely by far the best and you will not have any worries on safety in the unit or outside adding or removing your pocessions. I 1000% would recommend this company ... Thank you for all you do.
