Stella Mabhugu is an outstanding pharmacist. She stepped in during a frustrating situation, immediately de-escalated things, and had my prescription ready within 15 minutes as promised. Professional, calm, and genuinely customer-focused. Bravo, Stella.
Having used this pharmacy exclusively for more than a decade (during which time they've received approx 250k in Medicare reimbs), knowing they have all my contact info on file and they are aware that I am disabled & homebound, was it entirely unreasonable for me to expect they could've given me 5 minutes notice before they inexplicably pulled the rug out from under me by discontinuing delivery service? Could not fulfill a simple prescription. Took over 3 days to get the meds, when I was told it would be ready by noon each day.
I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years and upon my last 2 visits I have encountered extremely unpleasant customer service. The past two visits I have arrived to the counter and waited 5 minutes with no greeting. The time before my visit today I confirmed via phone that my order was ready. When I got to the store I was told my order was not ready and that I needed to wait 15 more minutes.
