Doctor called in a script at 9am, still wasn’t ready at 4:15pm. Incredibly understaffed and unprofessional. They also don’t answer their phone.
I have been to this pharmacy several times and the customer service is just awful. Everyone who works in it, seems miserable. I've recieved an attitude after coming back 3 times for a pick up, I was in the store over an hour waiting. No smile, no greeting, no apologies. The pharmacy itself is fine but the employees need some customer service training because I felt completely unwelcome. I Will not be going back.
Needed to transfer some medication’s in from another state. The experience was very pleasant and easy. Staff was excellent! Thank you.
Great service, and they helped get me a discount on my prescription.
