I have been to this pharmacy several times and the customer service is just awful. Everyone who works in it, seems miserable. I've recieved an attitude after coming back 3 times for a pick up, I was in the store over an hour waiting. No smile, no greeting, no apologies. The pharmacy itself is fine but the employees need some customer service training because I felt completely unwelcome. I Will not be going back.
Needed to transfer some medication’s in from another state. The experience was very pleasant and easy. Staff was excellent! Thank you.

I was on vacation and needed medication that was out of stock in my home state. The technician that answered the phone was extremely friendly and took care of the prescription transfer on my behalf. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience here. Brent, the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get medications when I had the flu. The pharmacy was closed due to an HVAC issue, but he jumped back there anyway and was able to get me my prescriptions before my flight later that day. He was very personable and clearly cares a lot about his patients and job. Next time in Jackson, this is the only pharmacy I will use.
