Pharmacist went out of their way to assist with a specialty prescription request. Courteous and professional = excellent customer service.
I switched to Albertsons from CVS because I was so tired of the awful service there. For the first few years it’s been great, but I’m honestly getting tired of the long waits and slow service. I’ve walked out without my prescriptions multiple times because the line is unmoving while 1 technician deals with patrons at a snail’s pace. Today was one such day. Service at the store is generally good. However, the website only seems to get buggier with each passing week. Compared to other pharmacies this is a disaster.
