Okay so hear the deal. I’ve gone to this pharmacy for 15 years. Gone through its staff changes and for the most part, have always really enjoyed the staff and overall performance of the pharmacy itself. But, especially in the last year or so, more than anything MY GOD, do they need help. There is consistently a long line with one tech at checkout. If you’re 4th in line, this is easily 30-35 minutes. It seems to me that if you have a great team in the pharmacy you would want to make sure their equipment works. In the last couple of months it seems that the system goes down at least once or twice a week. If you're the owner, you should probably check into this. I went last night to pick up meds and the system had been out the whole day. The poor guy at the register was expecting another person to chew on him.
