Got there just as they were opening up/retracting the barriers, was the first customer being helped, was directed to wait, and I sat and waited for 20 minutes before just walking out. I had an appointment too. There were NO customers ahead of me, and practically no one walking up to the pharmacy counter (maybe 1 or 2 people within the 20 minute time period that I waited). Friendly and helpful
I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. When they do not have a specific prescription on hand they get it in a timely manner.
I placed an order for a cake a week before pickup. I walked in to pick it up and sat there waiting while the woman behind the counter just stared at me. Finally someone came to help me to which they said they didn’t gave an order for me even after showing them the confirmation. After them implying it was my fault they proceeded to try to get something together for me. I went to ask for a store manager and was told there was none in the store.
