The guys that work there are great. Nice, polite, and they know me by name. 😊
The staff has been perfectly friendly. But the automated systems and online stuff is the absolute worst of any company I have ever done business with. The website is impossible to navigate for checking prescription status. And their automated system calls me to tell me my prescriptions are ready for pick DAYS after I have already picked them up.
