Multiple occasions when they have no idea what is going on with my medications or have lied to me about them being delivered. Last time, I was looking right at my medication list showing that they were filled two days prior and they tried to lie and said they were still waiting on my doctor and there was nothing on their end for me. Ordered prescriptions 3 times for deliveries and all 3 times ended up going in 3 days after we got the shipped notification to find out they couldn't get up to drop the packages In the mail slot. They'd hand me my package without opening or checking to make sure it was me then I'd go to my car and see one of them with a handful of meds walking to the post box. Don't want to walk past crack heads with meds then set up a new delivery system.
