I have never had a problem with this pharmacy or store. Everyone I have needed info from has always been very receptive and polite.
Terrible customer service. Takes 24 hours to fill prescriptions. After dealing with multiple employees the unfriendly attitude is pervasive.
Terrible communication that creates nothing but inconvenience and frustration for their customers. The team member working the counter offered no solution when she informed me that my medication I need for surgery the next day was out of stock. Her apathetic tone and curt demeanor was disappointing. The team at the CVS on Ferguson is consistently more prepared, thorough, and courteous.
This was the closest grocery store to the relatives I was visiting for the weekend. The woman that works in customer service where lottery tickets are sold had a very resilient attitude, however I walked around the store and noticed everything is just so pricey? I wouldn't shop there if I lived there I would take the drive to HEB cause they have all the real quality foods, prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very well trained.
