I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years and upon my last 2 visits I have encountered extremely unpleasant customer service. The past two visits I have arrived to the counter and waited 5 minutes with no greeting. The time before my visit today I confirmed via phone that my order was ready. When I got to the store I was told my order was not ready and that I needed to wait 15 more minutes. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy or store. Everyone I have needed info from has always been very receptive and polite.
Terrible customer service. Takes 24 hours to fill prescriptions. After dealing with multiple employees the unfriendly attitude is pervasive.
Terrible communication that creates nothing but inconvenience and frustration for their customers. The team member working the counter offered no solution when she informed me that my medication I need for surgery the next day was out of stock. Her apathetic tone and curt demeanor was disappointing. The team at the CVS on Ferguson is consistently more prepared, thorough, and courteous.
