I don’t know if it is the staff or something with their system, but whatever it is it is not working. They kept telling me my work comp insurnace company wasn’t covering my medications, even though I was on the phone with my adjuster and he was saying it was all approved. I finally had to have the adjuster call them directly. Also, why is the pharmacy texting that prescriptions are ready when they are not ready?

Quite literally the most unprofessional, unorganized and lazy pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. “Our system is down, so we can’t help you.” After 3 diff employees acknowledge, they’ve been ignoring the problem and passing it on to the next.

I have had consistently terrible experiences at this pharmacy. The staff is rude and dismissive, making every visit feel unnecessarily frustrating. I’ve had several prescriptions called in, and each time they’re not ready even hours later. When I ask, they claim they never received the call – but I found out they simply don’t check their voicemail. This lack of attention to customer service and care is unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
