Absolutely awful. Screwed up my child's prescriptions multiple times after release from hospital with TBI, my child is wailing in pain bcs they couldn't even get the Oxy prescription right. Completely unacceptable.
Phi (pharmacist and manager) is great and highly skilled. Sadly, the rest of the staff there, including the other pharmacist are extremely rude. I moved to Walmart after 10 years of multiple incidents. The staff service and working knowledge is substandard and unacceptable, except for Phi. He does it all I think and tries to defend them, but there must be a shortage there.
I just moved to the area, and I chose this pharmacy due to the positive reviews. My doctor sent a 30-day prescription 27 days since my last fill. Knowing 27 days is the law, and I knew I would be unavailable to return in the next few days, I went to pick it up. They told me their store policy is that they will only fill every 28 days for a 30-day prescription.
