RecommendedI would like to give a shout out for the great customer service that I received today from Thane in the dairy department, as well as, the lady working the self check out. I really don’t like taking the time to learn something new, so I had never learned how to use the digital coupons. Due to the guidance from these two individuals, I am quite sure I will be using the digital apps in the future. Thank You!
Bought deli chicken on Saturday. Terrible customer service. They had ran out of breasts so she said the store would substitute a thigh...I asked if it could be 2 but was rudely told "no". Decided not to argue as I had a fussy child with me so took the chicken, finished my shopping and went home to serve chicken to my family. Hummm, then we went on to find feathers in the chicken.
I have always had great service here and the choices/prices are all reasonable. today was my birthday and the gal at the bakery made me a special cake, short notice and I really appreciated that. so kudos to her!!

At 10th Ave S location, bakery. Scheduled pick up was written down incorrectly and so cake for a special occasion wasn’t ready to pick up on time. Wasn’t even started! However, Nancy apologized, made no excuses, dropped everything and had that cake done within 1/2 an hour. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to take ownership of the mistake, not blame the customer, and make it right. Kudos to her! Excellent customer service!
WOW , their bakery just blew me away with how amazing their work is!!! I called in my order and it was spectacular!
