Onboarding was awful, after onboarding the personality bloomed. Kind and wholesome once he began working with the patient. Informative and thorough in his efforts.
Dr. Albertson was unkind and seemingly unaware of my father's Alzheimer's diagnosis (which I made sure to remind the nurse of when she asked of any new issues since his last checkup - she assured me the provider would be aware). Nearly berated him for not remembering the last time he went to the bathroom or how many times he had gone that day (extremely insensitive to treat someone with memory issues this way). called us at 10:30 am to switch an 11:10 am appointment to 1:00 pm. we were almost there and turned around to go home. called us back at 10:40 and said if we can make it by 11:00 am dr albertsen would see us. we told them that we were heading back and wanted a guarantee that he would see us. they said yes. I wish I had read the reviews before I went to see Dr. Albertson. My procedure was a horrible experience and extremely painful. It seems like he has been doing this too long and maybe should either retire or just stick to academia. I’m kicking myself for going to him and only hoping that this review helps others find another option.
By far the worst doctor I have been too. He never helped with my medical needs. He only made assumptions he even tried to critize me when I was pregnant by saying, "I don't know if that is what you wanted" Like excuse me sir my personal life is not your business. I would never recommend this doctor
