Took the diamond out of my sight to do appraisal and then came back with a rediculously unfair, lowball offer. I went somewhere else.
Can count on them My husband had bought me a new wedding ring from Albert's and we did the financing with them since the ring has cost $38,000. We were able to use my old ring as a trade in which I had bought there and they gave me credit for what I paid at the time. I had taken my ring in for regular cleanings and checked the prongs which were loose and actually had a stone fall out which was valued at $1000 for the one stone and they replaced it for free.
