I guess I learned my lesson, one they need someone to explain , I Paid for something that went south . They assumed a hair color and it destroyed my hair. I worked so hard to keep it natural and just wanted a tone. Go where they understand what you want as a customer .
They dont cut good sorry by it was cheap
