Not invested in what they do in my opinion. I dont think that they are very professional, or very empathetic or invested in their patients. Its run quite carelessly, resulting in many canceled/Reschesuled appointments and even a no call-no show from a therapist I had an appointment with. There was no compassion or apology when turning me away, knowing that i had paid for a cab both ways, and I walked out the doors crying calling the cab back.
