Incompetent and unprofessional—avoid This office repeatedly gave me misinformation, ignored multiple follow-ups, and refused to submit a simple prior authorization they had promised to handle. After two weeks of delays and excuses, they admitted they don’t have the staff to do basic administrative tasks. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for patient care. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
If I could put a ZERO I would. They are the worst doctor office, can't really call them a doctor office. I will NEVER use this office again, I would rather die than give them a penny
The Best GP And all around Dr Ever! The staff is always awesome.. He was my Mom's doctor, and now hes my doctor. Ive been going to him for 5 years now, as my Dr. His staff is wonderful an awesome group of people can't say enough wonderful things about them!! The staff, actually must be handled picked by Dr concepcion, because they all have his caring disposition.
