After leaving a previous doctor who failed to order a PSA test and properly monitor my triglycerides—despite my concern and family history of prostate cancer—this doctor took the time to review all of my medical records and listen carefully to my concerns. Incompetent and unprofessional—avoid This office repeatedly gave me misinformation, ignored multiple follow-ups, and refused to submit a simple prior authorization they had promised to handle. After two weeks of delays and excuses, they admitted they don’t have the staff to do basic administrative tasks. This is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for patient care. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

If I could put a ZERO I would. They are the worst doctor office, can't really call them a doctor office. I will NEVER use this office again, I would rather die than give them a penny
