I started working with Alberto a few years ago, Alberto helped me heal my trauma that I’ve held inside for 20+ years. My confidence has also boosted a lot in the past few years of working with him . Alberto is a very direct therapist. Some may not be comfortable with that approach, but he cuts straight to the point and I find that effective. You are going to need to want to do the work that he suggests …But then isn’t that why you’re going? He can provide the path to healing and wholeness.
