This is a really poor doctor. He demanded tests that had been done only 2 months previously, so he could make more $$$. His personality is arrogant and rude. Short-man syndrome? Whatever, run from this guy.
Fixed! No more catheters, twisting my crank to get it in or scrambling to find a facility. Meds and urolift didn't work. Aquablation did, even though my gland was the size of a peach. A two-hour robotic inpatient procedure with a couple of days of discomfort/bearable pain. Some blood. Foley for a week. After-effects minimal. Dr Corica and his entire staff (bilingual, most of them) are professional, accommodating, and sensitive to privacy. He is my fifth urologist, and by far the best.
This is my favorite specialist. Knowledgeable, personable and listens. I drive over an hour to get there and am glad to do it
Dr. Corica is a great communicator. He is willing to answer questions and explain things in a way that is understandable to the layman, without seeming condescending in anyway. This was my first visit to his office and I feel like I made a good decision in my choice of a new urologist. I might also add the entire staff that I dealt with, in particular Rene at reception, were pleasant and helpful.
