Had an emergency referral from an opthamologist and called every day for a week following the direct doctor referral letter and (1) never received a response or a call back (2) was directed to a different number every time (3) was hung up on by multiple reps who could not transfer me to the relevant office
Dr. Distefano is more than a highly skilled surgeon. He is an artist. He restored the symmetry to my eyes and I am more than thrilled with the results. The eyelid corrections are not new to me as I've had several over many years due to an inherited muscle weakness so I know when a surgeon is truly excellent. I trust his correction will last a really long time and may even be permanent. He is also a kind and patient person and a good listener. He is phenomenal.
