Hello I am writing this review for Celestine Garcia. He went to Dr Distefano for Tearing in his eyes. He saw the skin through aging had accumulated thickness and was obstructing the tear ducts in my father. He performed outpatient surgery at the Eye and Ear Infirmary and removed the excess skin blockage. The surgery helped although he still tears. The experience was worth it for my father. He is 89 years old and is still seeing without vision loss.
