Dr Cho has terrible bedside manner at the best of times, and if he's busy he just starts berating and talking down to patients. He basically expects patients to memorize whatever he says and gets irritated at needing to repeat himself

Very poor experience with Tricia in the billing department. She said “Dr. Cho doesn’t pay me enough to deal with billing problems at the end of the day”. I would Not work with this surgeon again.
Dr Cho has worked on my teeth before, pulling two teeth for me prior.Knowing he doesn't have great bedside mannar which is fine I knew that going in but trusted his judgement . I came back to him for a second opinion on other dental work I had done and I was having a medical issue at the same time and he treated me so badly. mind you he didn't do any work on me just x ray to see the tooth.i keep getting billed for about $300 that I don't have… but also just insane amount for just being seen and no work to be done: I was so m... read more
