Dr. Vasquez & lobotomist are EXCELLENT, the front desk staff could NOT be more rude unkind & a complete put off. I've been going to Dr. Vasquez for 6 mos+ and the women at the front desk/that answer the phones are getting to the point that I may look for a new doctor so I don't have to deal with them. Even when I am overly kind they are rude: its been 3 times I have had them just hang up on me, cut me off mid-sentence to put me on hold; they have YET to call me back when they say they will
